This tour starts and ends at two of Europe’s most romantic and vibrant capital cities. In between those classic cities, you'll experience almost everything Europe has to offer, from historic castles and magnificent cathedrals to the charm of small villages and pastoral landscapes. Your cycling will be just as varied. We'll make use of car-free bike paths and canal paths, and blend that with country roads, vineyard lanes, historic village cobblestones, and modern city streets.
This exciting route begins at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, then heads east through France’s Champagne region, into Germany where we meet the Rhine River and the Black Forest region, through the heart of Germany including Rothenburg o.d.T. (often called the best preserved walled city) and Nürnberg, then into the Czech Republic, and finishing in the glorious City of Hundred Spires, Prague.

At Cycling Adventure Tours we believe in taking participants to fascinating places via

"Follow the Leader" - We give you all the tools you need to successfully navigate each day's route. Ride with the friends of your choice and enjoy the freedom to explore every day. (Of course emergency backup is always available.)

"Lunch Stops" - You choose the restaurant, cafe or bakery that sparks your interest. Each day there are numerous villages along the route where you can taste the local flavors.

"6 course dinners" - Why should you have to pay for things you don't really want? Some days a simple meal in the local pub is just perfect. (If you want a gourmet dinner, those are available most days too.)

Airfare - You are free to make you own arrangements, as many participants arrive a few days early or stay a few extra days at the end of the tour.
